Massage therapy treatments provided by a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) are covered by most extended health care plans. Check with your insurance provider for specific details about your coverage.

Extended Health Care Plan Billing
Enjoy the convenience of direct billing! Karen is registered with Medavie Blue Cross to submit your claim online. It’s quick and easy. If you are eligible for direct billing, you simply pay the co-payment amount at the time of your treatment.
Karen is also registered with Green Shield Canada to submit your claim online, significantly reducing claims processing and mailing times!
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is time reserved specifically for you. Cancelled and no-show appointments affect you, the therapist and someone else who may have requested that appointment time.
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or re-schedule an appointment.
This allows someone else the opportunity to receive a treatment during that time slot. If less than 24 hours notice is given or you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be billed $20.
Late Policy
Late arrival for an appointment results in a reduction of the time available for your treatment.
If you are late, every attempt will be made to accommodate you schedule permitting. If the schedule does not allow for this, your appointment will be shortened and you will be responsible for the full treatment cost.
